Top notch service! I placed an order with Gems on Display and received some incorrect tray liners. I was in a bit of a panic because of a big show I have this weekend and the liners I was sent won't work for my pieces. I contacted the company (after hours) and the next day they overnighted me the correct trays. Mistakes happen - but the manner in which a company responds to those issues is what really matters. I run four optometry offices and was trying to find some creative display items for showing off eyeglass chains, readers and other retail merchandise. I also wanted trays to provide to patients for use when shopping for a new frame. I ordered the leatherette black trays with white liners and couldn't be more pleased. The necklace displays are great too. The prices were reasonable, shipping was free (and arrived within two days of order!!) and the quality is good. I will be shopping again.
