Received the Jewelry gift box's yesterday, very pleased. However, When I put in the order, I requested that if I was not home to leave the package at my apt office. You had written all over the package to "Do not leave at the door, leave at apt office" You did your part and thank you. BUT FEDEX left the package at my door. There are a lot of kids in my apt complex and when packages are left in from of an apt door, they sprout legs and disappear. Recommend NOT TO USE FEDEX FOR YOUR SHIPPING. otherwise very satisfied with Gems on Display.

Love my Steel Grey Necklace Bust Display!
I've been looking for new necklace displays and found the steel grey faux leather and grey linen displays at Gems on Display. I decided to purchase 1 of each and see which one I like most. I had a pleasant experience when I placed my order and my items arrived in 2 days. Both colors are beautiful but I decided to go with the steel grey and ordered another 25 displays. Top notch service! I placed an order with Gems on Display and received some incorrect tray liners. I was in a bit of a panic because of a big show I have this weekend and the liners I was sent won't work for my pieces. I contacted the company (after hours) and the next day they overnighted me the correct trays. Mistakes happen - but the manner in which a company responds to those issues is what really matters. I will use Gems on Display again and again and highly recommend them due to their exceptional customer service! Thank you!
