I tried Gems on Display because of an internet ad I happened across. I have been with another supplier for several years and thought I would just compare products and prices. To my surprise the pricing was much better with Gems on Display and more product options were available. I have placed two orders now and will surely buy more. Prices are very reasonable. Quality is perfect for my needs. Shipping was quick and they will send a reminder when out of stock items are available. I had a small issue but they responded immediately and were clearly customer service oriented. Wrong order Easly taken care of!!!
I placed an order for two ring display case, but I got two braclett display instead. I called the number and spoke to a rep" named Paula. She was very helpful and told me I got the wrong order. She said she would send me my order and a return label so I could return the other cases. I was very pleased with the out come. Great customer service!
I ordered several jewelry display items but I received the wrong color on one item. I gave a 5-star rating because of how the company handled their error. I called after hours to report the error and Paula called me back first thing the next morning. She prepared and emailed me a return label so that I could send the items back. She offered to overnight me the correct item as I was using the item for an event the following day. She went far beyond great customer service to keep me a happy customer and she seemed to have joy in doing so! I will continue to order from this company and without hesitation encourage people to do the same!
