Extremely disappointed with this item. Ordered two that were supposed to be the same shape and height. Since this is a "hand carved item" I expected slight differences but the busts look significantly different. Received one that doesn't sit straight and is over an inch shorter. The quality is sub par and the finish is terrible. Nicked in some spots and rough in others. This customer won't be returning unfortunately.
