I tested ring sizes using this guage and noticed it differed from expected. I then tested this gauge using a ring sizer and something was wrong (the gauge or sizers) so I took them to a jewelry store. This gauge is not accurate on many sizes. Since I need it accurate for selling and making rings, I'm tossing it. I hope this helps others not have issues.

No complaints about this item. For the product being made from plastic, it is decent quality. I needed this to estimate ring sizes and it does the job.
