Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I made a call, the next day it was responded to. Explained the damage and that I had just ordered and paid for another one to be shipped, so I didn't have to wait on the return to have them send me a replacement. Time was of the essence. I didn't have to send back the broken one but sent pictures of the damage. Financialy effective resolution to save on shipping. After reviewing the damage I had a refund in my pay pal 3 days later.

Excellent Product and Excellent Customer Service. Due to possibly the shipping carrier the product had a small dent (the box looked a little worse for the wear).
