Orders are processed same day, Monday for weekends, shipped, and always received in pristine condition before many other companies. A case in point, I placed two orders last Friday evening. UREternity was the second company with whom in the past I have replied upon for orders of wholesale jewelry. Gems On Display has the boxes and bags that I prefer to use for my business. I think your products are great, but free shipping minimum is too high.
I think your products are great. Your packing is great. The only thing that stops me from buying from you site more, is the high minimum spend to get free shipping. I would order much more often if I got a lower minimum for free shipping. Maybe you should offer repeat customers a free shipping coupon? I have placed multiple orders with you. I have my shopping cart full of items, but can't quite get to the $75. So, I have it saved, but will look elsewhere to see if I can find free shipping.

Beautiful and high quality items
I was satisfied with most of my purchases. The one thing I did not like was the white jewelry trays I purchased had dirty smudges of fingerprints on some of them. Otherwise I'm pleased and will order from you again.
