Excellent customer service. I made a call, the next day it was responded to. Explained the damage and that I had just ordered and paid for another one to be shipped, so I didn't have to wait on the return to have them send me a replacement. Time was of the essence. I didn't have to send back the broken one but sent pictures of the damage. Financialy effective resolution to save on shipping. After reviewing the damage I had a refund in my pay pal 3 days later.

I ordered lighted jewelry boxes but I thought it was too late for Christmas, but not with Gems on Display! They arrived BEFORE Christmas, and they are wonderful! Open the box, and a small light shines on my jewelry designs! WOW!! Really impressive!

I have purchased and repurchased trays and inserts (as well as a bag in which to carry them). The quality of ther merchandise is very good, as are the prices. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because the shipping is - relative to what I buy - expensive. I spent as much on shipping as I did on product. Don't know any way for this to be improved since I'm a small jewelry maker and don't need a lot of Gems on Display products.
