Top notch service! I placed an order with Gems on Display and received some incorrect tray liners. I was in a bit of a panic because of a big show I have this weekend and the liners I was sent won't work for my pieces. I contacted the company (after hours) and the next day they overnighted me the correct trays. Mistakes happen - but the manner in which a company responds to those issues is what really matters. I will use Gems on Display again and again and highly recommend them due to their exceptional customer service! Thank you!

Contacted this company on Oct, 3rd enquiring about some items; was told that if I placed my order that day, items would ship out within 48 hours and that I should receive them UPS Ground in about 5 business days. Today, Oct, 16 I contacted them as I have not heard from them nor have I received any items from them. I was told items are on back order and not expected to ship out for another week at least. No communication from them whatsoever since my order was placed on Oct. 3rd. Not the way to conduct business today. Too many other choices out there to deal with folks who apparently do not care about my business..

Considering I reside in Ohio, I thought I would receive my order sooner. Ordered on a Monday, 8/6. On Tuesday 8/14 contacted company inquiring when I would receive my product. Was told it would ship that day. According to website, shipping is 2-3 days post receipt of order. Mine took 6 working days (and an inquiry). Not acceptable in my book.

The cases are of very nice construction and solid. The handle is very helpful in transporting the cases and the latches are very nice and necessary to keep the case closed. With the glass top in the lid they make a very nice display case for many items.
